Cosy beach house in a perfect location, minutes walk to surf & bay beach, Portsea Pier & Hotel. Relax on the sunny North Deck, around the firepit or private fully fenced garden. Cosy open fire place and heating, 2 living areas, Netflix/Stan; table tennis, board games, well equipped kitchen & lovely linen. So much to do; with amazing walking trails, beautiful beaches, National Park, Sorrento boutiques, restaurants, cinema and wooden play ground.

Prestigious beachside location, quiet and safe, amazing coastal walks just out the front door. Walk to the amazing Ocean Beach with Rockpools and Surf Life Saving club or the front beach with cafe's and Portsea Pier and Hotel, A lovely off the leash oval for walking dogs, is around the corner.
