Cosy Corner Hideaway is a hidden gem in an unbeatable beach-front location. This 2-bedroom apartment has off-street parking to leave the car while you enjoy everything in walking distance. Simply cross the road to the family-friendly Cosy Corner beach or take a short walk to the iconic surf beach. The Bell St shops and restaurants are just around the corner, and the Gilbert St precinct a picturesque 10-minute walk along the foreshore. The apartment itself is quiet, light and thoughtfully styled. This is a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor towards the back of the block, with a courtyard. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has a set of bunks (double below, single on top). The open-plan dining, lounge and kitchen area allows everyone to relax together. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee machine. The details. Bed linen and bath towels are included. Please bring your own towels for the beach. WiFi and Netflix are provided. For young families, there is a portacot, highchair and booster seat (for a dining chair), a selection of toys, and plastic cups, plates, bowls and cutlery. There is a split-system for heating and cooling in the living area. The bedrooms have panel heaters and fans. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, basin, washing machine/dryer combo and laundry sink. The courtyard contains an outside dining table and chairs, cantilever umbrella, plus BBQ. Two off-street car parks (one under a carport) are available. We welcome your dogs to our home however there are some basic rules, we will ask you what breed of dog it is, not all breeds are suitable to stay here! Obviously we do not allow dogs on the beds or couches. It is important that you do not leave your dog inside our home alone, and if your dog is likely to bark then you must take your dog out with you, we have great neighbors that we don't want to disturb.

- Cosy Corner Beach just across the road - Torquay Surf Beach only 5 min walk - Cosy Corner and Torquay Surf Beach are patrolled beach at certain times of the year - Bell Street is just around the corner with a fabulous selection of restaurants, cafes, breweries and shopping. - Bell Street also has 'Go Ride A Wave' where you can hire all the equipment you need to try out surfing. - Located on The Esplanade, there is a walking track in either direction, turn right out of the driveway and you'll walk some hills to Jan Juc, turn left and you can enjoy a flat walk through Torquay, both directions offer ocean views the entire time!
