2-bedroom unit situated at the back of the owners existing house. 2 Bathrooms, full kitchen. Great place for a short stay. Double lock up garage with remote control key. Wifi available . Home feels safe and secure off the street. ⭐️ STRICTLY NO PARTIES ⭐️ NO PETS PERMITTED ⭐️ Only guests who are on the booking are authorized to be in unit, due to insurance reasons. Close to shopping centers, supermarkets, medical practice. We are 5 minutes off the Melbourne highway. Stockland shopping center is a 5-minute walk, we are close to all the takeaway outlets. New shops are being built across on Learmonth rd. Wendouree performing arts centre is a 5-minute drive away, Ballarat central is a short 14-minute drive away.

We are so happy with how the unit has evolved. Our guests have said it’s very neat, tidy and stylish. Everything you need for a short stay. We are keen gold prospectors, and that is where the name was created Eureka Gold stays.

Eureka gold stays is a 10 minute drive to Lake Wendouree. Walking distance to Aldi on Learmonth rd . 5 minute drive to Stockland shopping centre where you will find ( Kmart, Cole’s, Safeway and lots of variety stores ) Sovereign Hill is about a 20 minute drive .
