Beaches, coastal walks, surfing, surf lessons available from nearby coaches, markets, great food options, wineries a short drive, & don't forget to visit the outlet shops for all the major surf brands - always great for a bargain. If you want to explore further afield, we are at the gateway to the Great Ocean Road. Just built, 3 bedroom, 2 living spaces, townhouse. The calming master bedroom has a stylish ensuite complete with an infrared heater especially for the cooler months but is truly enjoyable year around. The kitchen is a chef's dream,(if you feel like cooking & eating in!) You even have a juicer! Open to the dining & living areas also means the cook is always still a part of the stories of the day or the tales of the night. Books & games can be found both downstairs & upstairs in both living rooms. As a reader myself, nothing better than curling up with a good book, a glass of wine & a toasty fire.

Having travelled extensively ourselves, staying in all matter of accommodation we look forward to welcoming guests to our part of the world. Torquay, Victoria, Australia The location of this property is central to everything you need on a holiday. About a 100m walk to a safe ocean beach, or about 400m to the surf beach. Just short walks to cafes & restaurants of many food origins, along with supermarkets & shops offering clothing, homewares, toys, books to name a few. The famous Bells Beach is a short 10 minute drive down the road, & if you're in Torquay around Easter The Rip Curl Pro is staged at Bells - well worth a go see. Getting around Parking in the summer is hectic in the area so having off street parking for 2 cars is a huge bonus. If there happens to be additional cars that require street parking make sure you do not park on the street where yellow lines run along the curb - you will get booked.
