I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. NOTE: Some noise may be heard between rooms within the apartment due to the building's internal wall construction. Strata Notice: (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice) Roof Works Project: Please note that there will be a roof replacement works and a Bloc (builder) will be onsite over the coming days setting up exclusion zones per the original advice, and scaffold will begin to be erected from next week, weather permitting. Please expect potential noise and temporary access restrictions; dates may vary depending on weather conditions.

BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - coffee machine We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car and quite a lot of free 1H/2H parking around the area. Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
