This neat, clean property is conveniently situated close to Sands Golf Club, Peppers Restaurant and Whites Beach. Lounge on the deck or cosy down in any of the three loungerooms. Walk to the beaches or drive Bells Beach and the Surf Coast. 4 bedrooms and a well equiped kitchen will suit extended families or friendship groups. An office is available if work-from-home is required.
We are a couple who wanted to give our children the experience of living by the beach, even though it's only on the weekends. However, as the kids have gotten older and with a range of weekend activities, we don't use our beach house very often. We want to give others the opportunity to use our amazing, spacious house and enjoy what the Surfcoast has to offer. Our favorite destinations to holiday are Torquay, Bali and Europe. We've house swapped with a lovely couple in Bali a number of times. They also love Torquay. We look forward to getting to know you and you enjoying our home. Available by phone and email at anytime. Instructions will be given to a lock box prior to your arrival.
The property is in a quiet residential area and a situated a short walk to the Sands Golf course and Peppers where you can have an amazing meal. Whites Beach is a short walk away. The Dunes Village shopping centre is a 3 minute drive where can you find Woolworths, Bakers Delight, wine bars and restaurants along with many other shops.
