Our private, self-contained studio is warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and all the modern conveniences you need for a relaxing stay. A reverse-cycle air conditioner keeps the studio cosy in winter and cool throughout summer. Please note that we (your hosts) live in a separate residence on the property and are available if needed while ensuring your privacy. You'll find the fridge and pantry stocked with breakfast essentials and a few treats to help you settle in. Prefer to head out? The renowned Glenlyon General Store is just a few minutes away and serves excellent breakfasts, coffee, and local produce. Music lovers will enjoy our collection of vintage audio equipment. Spin a vinyl record, play a cassette, or relive the nostalgia with the DVD and VHS players—yes, video tapes still exist! Stroll down to the jetty overlooking the seasonal dam, pour yourself a glass of wine, and watch the water lilies close as the sun sets. It's one of our favourite places to unwind. The property is a haven for native wildlife. Wake to the sound of kookaburras, watch kangaroos grazing nearby in the early morning or late afternoon, and enjoy the peaceful surrounds that make country life so special. Guests are welcome to explore our five-acre property at their leisure. Wander down to Kangaroo Creek, which typically flows between June and December. The seasonal dam is also available for a refreshing swim if you're feeling adventurous. For an added touch of relaxation, we offer access to our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor spa. One complimentary sauna or spa session is included with your stay. Additional sessions may be available by prior arrangement with your hosts.

Lee and I bought Lily's Farm in the early 2000s. For many years it was a weekender and school holiday destination for our family. When the children grew up and became independent we decided to move up permanently - we are "tree changers". We love the community and village life. Now, we're pleased to be able to welcome guests to Lily's Farm Studio - what was once a garage has been renovated into an industrial style one bedroom open-plan apartment.

Wheatsheaf is a small housing estate on the edge of the Wombat State Forest, 10 minutes drive north east of Daylesford. Daylesford is one of Victoria’s most romantic and relaxing towns. Enjoy a meal at one of Daylesford’s award-winning eateries, or spiritual nourishment in the world-famous mineral springs. Natural attractions abound in Daylesford, from the stately gardens of Wombat Hill Botanical Park, to the superb serenity of Lake Daylesford, to the rugged terrain and trails of Hepburn Regional Park. If fossicking about in boutiques and galleries and Sunday markets is more your thing, Daylesford has plenty to occupy the most discerning of treasure hunters. There are many local festivals throughout the year which showcase the region’s charm in all its many colours. One of the best things about Daylesford is that it's wonderful all year round. Its wide shady boulevards in Spring and Summer turn brilliant shades of red and gold in Autumn, while Winter is the time for enjoying open fires, hearty local reds, and the cosiness of Daylesford village life.
