The studio room on the first floor is accessible by the building’s lift. It has a small balcony with a comfortable lounge tucked neatly into it. Please refer to the floor plan on how the studio is configured. The building is located opposite a light rail stop and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. It is within a ten-minute walk to the heart of the city. Bedroom: The bed is queen-sized and topped with professionally laundered and pressed linen. It has a large smart TV with DVDs, access to local channels, internet, chromcast, and the usual streaming channels (no subscriptions provided). Bathroom: The modern bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. Amenities: The following basic amenities are situated within the room: - mini fridge - microwave – Coffee pod machine (some pods provided) - a selection of teas – kettle - crockery and cutlery There is no washing machine or stove/oven in the studio. There are plenty of amazing places to eat just a short walk away. If you need a laundromat “N-Less Laundromat” is located downstairs accessible from the outside of the building. PARKING: There is paid parking located in the secure underground carpark. There is also paid street parking with time restrictions on Mort Street.
