This private studio room has been designed to offer all the necessities for a short stay in Canberra. It is a cosy space for anybody needing a temporary ‘snug’ while visiting the city. The studio room on the first floor is accessible by the building’s lift. Please refer to the floor plan on how the studio is configured and note that it does not have a kitchen. The building is located opposite a light rail stop and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. It is within a ten-minute walk to the heart of the city. Bedroom: The bed is queen-sized and topped with professionally laundered and pressed linen. It has a smart TV with access to local channels, internet, chromecast and the usual streaming channels (no subscriptions provided). Bathroom: Your own modern bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. Amenities: The following basic amenities are situated within the room: - mini fridge - microwave – A selection of teas - coffee pod machine (some pods provided) – kettle - crockery and cutlery. We provide a range of emergency supplies that may help you in the event of repairs or urgent rectifications. There is no washing machine or stove/oven in the studio. There are plenty of amazing places to eat just a short walk away. If you need a laundromat “N-Less Laundromat” is located downstairs accessible from the outside of the building. There is a small fold down desk and a PC monitor (We provide a HDMI cable but recommend you bring the correct cable for your laptop) PARKING: Not included in room fee.
