A beautifully refurbished beach house tucked among ti-trees and coastal gardens, just a short stroll to both the surf beach, front beach, and village. Sleeping up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms, it features a master with king bed and ensuite, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room ideal for kids or groups. The light-filled open-plan living and dining area flows to a spacious deck with BBQ and outdoor seating, complemented by a secure backyard. Year-round comfort is ensured with wood heater, ducted heating, and reverse-cycle air conditioning. Additional features include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with wine fridge, and a double garage with table tennis. Close to local beaches, surf club, lighthouse, and golf course. Pets welcome (up to 2 dogs). Please note this home does not include linen, BYO or hire available by arrangement.
