Quiet private villa in Torquay, just an 800m walk to Torquay’s beautiful beaches. This modern self-contained villa is located at the rear of our property and features its own private courtyard with comfortable outdoor lounge chairs — perfect for relaxing in the sun after a day at the beach. The 20 m² courtyard also includes a Weber BBQ if you feel like staying in and cooking. The villa is best suited for 2 adults and up to 2 young children (or 1 older child). The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare salads, snacks, and simple cold meals, along with tea and coffee facilities. Cooking isn’t available inside the villa, however guests are welcome to use the BBQ in your private courtyard. The bathroom includes heated floors, a heated towel rail, LED mirror lighting, and a hairdryer for your convenience. The space is furnished with Koala furniture, including a very comfortable queen-size bed with a selection of pillows for both side and back sleepers, plus a 2.5-seater sofa that folds out into a double bed. Nearby locations: • 300 m — Corner store for last-minute essentials • 300 m — Thai remedial massage • 400 m — Nearest playground • 1.5 km — Supermarket • 2.2 km — Torquay town centre
