A beautifully furnished coastal home designed for relaxed family stays, comfort, and easy holiday living. Set across two levels, it sleeps families and groups comfortably, with a generous master suite featuring TV and ensuite with bath, plus two additional bedrooms and a central bathroom downstairs. The open-plan living area includes leather lounges, Smart TV, wood fire (wood BYO), gas heating, and reverse-cycle air conditioning, flowing into a modern kitchen and dining space. Outside, a leafy fully fenced backyard and BBQ courtyard provide a safe and relaxed setting for alfresco dining and pets. Laundry facilities and off-street parking for two cars add convenience. Monrepos is close to the beach, Golf Course and parklands. Queenscliff is just a 5 minute drive away with all it's shops, restaurants, galleries and the harbour. Point Lonsdale has a lovely front bay beach and a back surf beach, a lively shopping strip with cafes, galleries and the IGA for you to be able to stock up some supplies.
