We call this 'the Love Shack' because it was our home for the first two years of our marriage. It then became our cellar door. Now, in its third life, it is our beautiful Moodemere Lake House. The complete rebuild and refurbishment was a project between Belinda and our son Harry, who is a builder. We hope you enjoy your stay and are as happy here as we have been.
Michael is the sixth generation of wine and lamb producers in Rutherglen. Michael and Belinda work together in the business. We have three grown up children and two beautiful winery dogs. We are passionate about our environment and our responsibility to the seventh generation. We love the natural beauty of Lake Moodemere, the abundant bird and wildlife, and the wonderful region in which we live. We have traveled to many places throughout the world and have many many more to visit, but we always appreciate coming home to our own slice of paradise.
There are so many great things about Rutherglen - the fabulous family owned, multi generational wineries, the diverse range of eateries, world class golf, and the mighty Murray River. It's perfect for cycling and walking too.
