Le Boulevard Cottage is your complete destination, whether you're staying 2-3 nights or 2-3 weeks, there is all you need for a very comfortable stay in Torquay. The supermarket is just a 20 min walk or an easy 4 min drive. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 x single beds. These bedrooms share the main bathroom with a shower and separate bath (the bath is small and absolutely perfect for bathing small children and babies). Conveniently, the toilet is separate to the bathroom. The open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area flow together to create a very pleasant space to enjoy a meal or watch a movie. The lounge area has a lovely comfy couch and plenty of freshly carpeted space to play cards or just lay down and watch TV. The home has plantain shutters and insect screens so you can enjoy fresh air any time of the day. Heading to the laundry you will find a washing machine and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board. Need handrails? Le Boulevard has 4 handrails throughout, one in the shower, one in the toilet, one at the sliding door to the patio area, and one at the door leading out of the laundry. Please note: The garage (and garden shed) is locked and unavailable to be used by guests, but private parking onsite is available.

Torquay is lovely and flat, whether you're walking, riding, or pushing a pram, you won't encounter any hills. Parking is breeze except on a hot summers day where the main Torquay beaches will be very busy! (Sorry, no cats) We will ask what breed of dog. Only one dog is allowed. We feel this house is not suited to all breeds so we will use our discretion when accepting the booking. Dogs are to remain off the furniture and beds. A extra cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of dog fur found on beds and furniture. Your dog is not to be locked up alone inside the house but must be left outside should you leave the property for short-term. We do not want to upset our neighbors, so if your dog in known to bark whilst you are out, then we ask you to take your dog with you.
