This apartment offers 2 bedrooms both with queen sized beds. A spacious bathroom with a separate toilet. The laundry has both a washing machine and a dryer. Includes a full sized kitchen with open plan living and dining areas which lead out to the balcony. Also has swimming pool for guests . Free off street parking for 2 cars or 1 car and a boat.

This spacious apartment is located in the centre of activities 1min walk across the road to the main beach, surfing & beach fishing , 5 min walk to Tathra Beach Life Saving Club & patrolled beach, Tathra Bowling Club, Tathra Golf Club, Pharmacy, Bakery, General Store & fuel 100m Coffee/cafe offering dine in or take away meal options.next door 10m away . At the front of the property you can access the flat walking/bike path to the Tathra Beach golf club and down to the river. Boat launch ramp.Deep sea boat access is available . Deep sea fishing, game fishing Tuna, Marlin Hotspot in season. It is a 5 minute drive to the well known and famous Tathra Pub with magnificent ocean views. There are various bush tracks for hiking and or biking. Bike hire shop 20 meters across the road from host property. Park up your car and enjoy your holiday.
