Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. Your keys are offsite at "23 Lonsdale Street, Braddon" (beside "On Lonsdale Café"). You are welcome to book if children and will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

BEDROOM: The main bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 65" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: Our spacious garage can accommodate up to two vehicles, providing secure parking for your convenience. Street parking is available nearby for additional parking needs, but please note that it is subject to time restrictions. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: The BBQ and Gym facilities can be found on the G level. The BBQ area is available from 7am to 9pm, ideal for outdoor dining and social gatherings. As for the gym, it is open from 7am to 10pm during the day for your fitness needs; however, please be aware that it is closed between 10pm and 7am. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners.
