Sand Dunes | Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale Holiday Accommodation Sand Dunes is a private coastal retreat tucked at the foot of the dunes, just moments from the beach with direct access to a beach track. Designed for relaxed family living, it features expansive outdoor spaces including a solar-heated pool, gas-heated spa, BBQ, multiple seating areas, and an outdoor shower. Inside, the light-filled home offers open-plan living with a gas fireplace, air conditioning, a second lounge, and a well-equipped kitchen with generous dining space. Accommodation spans two levels with a downstairs guest bedroom and bathroom, plus an upstairs master retreat with ensuite, additional bedrooms, and balcony access. Linen and towels provided (please bring beach/pool towels). No pets permitted. Please note key collect is located at a separate address a short drive away, details will be emailed prior to arrival

Neighborhood info

This is a lovely quiet neighbourhood and we ask guest to please be quiet and mindful of their noise levels. The house backs on to the surf beach and has a track from the back gate to the beach. Sand Dunes has limited car parking. The house is nestled at the rear of the block and has private access to the beach track. You need to look carefully for the house number.
