The balcony overlooks leafy tree-lined streets of Turner and the pool area. Whether you are staying in Canberra for work or visiting to see the sights, this is where you want to be. The Beatrix. This playful light-filled apartment has executive style and loads of class. Beatrix is a sparkling clean, open-plan apartment with a beautifully designed interior.

The Avenue is very close into the city and is a short walk from the Canberra Centre, ANU, Braddon and Public Service offices. It is an easy express bus access to the Parliamentary Triangle. You are also a short walk away from great coffee, boutique cafes, bakeries, restaurants and bars on Lonsdale Street, Braddon, West Row, Canberra City and in the New Acton precinct. 280m from Canberra Jolimont Centre and Bus station – Murray’s and Greyhound, Sydney - Canberra express bus 500m to Canberra Bus Interchange 200m light rail to Dickson and Gungahlin (starting March 2019) Federal Public Service offices, easy bus access to Parliamentary Triangle Walk or catch the bus to Australian National University (ANU)
