Our cheerful light filled home is full of character and wonderful views of Torquay Oval, Spring Creek Reserve and far glimpses of the ocean. It's located centrally so you can leave the car behind and walk to the beach, golf course, cafes and shops as well as a lovely little park accessed directly from the back garden. The home would suit a family, perhaps with grandparents as there is a seperate little annex under the house! Filled with charm the home has a sense of being a loved beach house. There is a large entertaining deck for those summer days. There are books games for you to enjoy throughout your stay. The house is configured as following: -1x queen -1x queen - 1x double - 1x family bathroom (shower) - 1x seperate toilet Annex under the house - 1x queen - 1x bathroom -1x open plan living with table and chairs, sofa and T.V All linen and towels are included to ensure your stay is hassle free! The house is pet friendly with a fully enclosed back garden but we ask that dogs are strictly not allowed on any furniture and that all mess is checked and cleaned up. Entire home.
