A spacious five-bedroom coastal home with a relaxed Palm Springs-inspired feel, ideal for families or mature groups. Set behind a private fence with a generous front lawn, it offers space to unwind while remaining close to Front Springs Beach and the village. Sleeping larger groups comfortably, it features a mix of king, queen, and bunk rooms (bunks suited to children), with most bedrooms on the ground floor and an additional queen upstairs. The upstairs open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area flows to a large deck with alfresco dining and outdoor kitchen. Heating in bedrooms and reverse-cycle air conditioning upstairs ensure year-round comfort. Close to beaches, parks, golf, and walking trails. No pets permitted. In a great Old Lonnie, just a hop, skip and jump from the footy oval and front Springs Beach and a lazy 10 minute walk to the shopping village. The Lonsdale Links golf course is just a few minutes away and there is a bike track so if you bring your bike you can ride into Queenscliff or if you are more adventurous and energetic you could ride the rail trail. Point Lonsdale’s main shopping and dining strip is just a short walk away, with a supermarket amongst its many cafes and boutiques. Make the most of the many walking trails up and around the famous lighthouse, whilst enjoying the many beaches scattered around both the quieter bay side and naturally stunning ocean side of town. Further afield, heritage Queenscliff is a photographer’s delight, whilst Geelong and Melbourne are easily accessible.
