Located on Beach Hill, this sunny north-facing two bedroom unit offers a short walk to the beach, with views looking over Tathra and up the coastline. The unit is approximately halfway up Beach Hill, giving easy access to the skatepark, playground, shops, restaurants, Tathra Pub, supermarket, bottle-shop. There is a well-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. The open floor plan opens out to the balcony with large sliding doors, overlooking the natural bushland to the beach. The unit provides easy access on ground level, a walk in shower but no bath available. Bedrooms include walk-in wardrobes, with a modern living space.
