EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am. At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc. This property is located in a residential area, noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at the time of the booking. Additional visitors are not permitted above and beyond those initially declared Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.  * If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.    We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay. Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change.
