The property has been shaped by the Jones family over decades, with a focus on sustainability, provenance and a deep connection to place. Guests stay in hand-built stone or bluestone cottages, surrounded by spring-fed dams, native bush and open skies. Dining is led by acclaimed chef Julian Robertshaw, with menus that reflect both the landscape and the season.

Tuki is a fourth-generation family farm and restaurant set high on the Stoney Rises in Central Victoria. From this elevated position, it offers panoramic views across the Daylesford–Macedon Ranges, deeply seasonal food grown and raised on site, and the quiet rhythm of a working farm.
