Twin Towns 233 is a bright, modern two-bedroom apartment with tranquil views over Jack Evans Harbour and access to outstanding resort facilities. Guests can enjoy heated indoor and 25-metre outdoor pools, a spa, fitness centre, mini-golf, tennis courts, BBQ areas, and everything the Twin Towns Services Club has to offer. Located on the second floor, the apartment features two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for couples, families, or friends. The main bedroom offers a king bed, built-in wardrobes, sunrise water views, and a private balcony. The second bedroom includes two single beds, its own balcony, and an ensuite with shower, bath, and toilet. The apartment includes an internal laundry with washing machine, with communal dryers available on the lobby level. The fully equipped modern kitchen features stone benchtops and a half-size dishwasher. The open-plan living and dining area is comfortable and inviting, with Smart TV, Foxtel, Wi-Fi, and floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a large covered wraparound balcony with alfresco dining and peaceful water views. Reverse-cycle ducted air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Twin Towns 233 is adjacent to Twin Towns Services Club and just a short stroll to Coolangatta’s dining, shopping, and beach precinct. Complimentary undercover parking is provided, making it easy to park and explore on foot. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or grounds. Resort facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, spa, steam room, fitness centre, mini-golf, games room, tennis courts, BBQ areas, restaurants, an enclosed air-conditioned walkway to Twin Towns Club, business centre, and conference facilities. All linen is provided, including beach towels, and beds will be made prior to arrival. Keys are collected from our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, approximately 2 minutes north of the property and 6 minutes south of Gold Coast Airport.

Lined with Norfolk Pines, turquoise waters and white sand, the Southern Gold Coast is home to some of the Gold Coast’s best beaches. Enjoy a day at one of our glorious patrolled beaches- Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun or Bilinga! Or head to Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks or Greenmount for world-class surfing. There’s plenty of whale watching opportunities from the heights of Kirra Point lookout or Point Danger, or pack a picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. That doesn’t mean it’s boring! The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy.
