New home in old Torquay. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Big living areas with lots of sunlight. Ceiling fans in every room and central heating throughout. Outdoor areas with bbq and showers. Also fire pit. Australian surf theme decor and new furnishings and appliances. ( more photos available soon ) Learn to surf at the end of the street , or walk a little further to world class surf breaks. Restaurants , cafes and live entertainment minutes away.

"Deep Ocean" is right in the heart of Old Torquay. stroll through the park to the beach. Supermarket is 100m. cafes & great restaurants are all within a short stroll. Great surf breaks within walking distance , and perfect "Cosy Corner" at the end of the street. A great beach for young families learning to surf. You can also walk to the famous surfing shops at the top of the street. Probably one of the best locations in Torquay. Not a bad review yet!
