Newly renovated room with private entrance and private bathroom + laundry. Street parking available. A block from bus routes to downtown, airport and UBC. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Its a simple and small space. Ideal for short stays. PLEASE NOTE: we have rented the adjoining space to 2 students from UBC. As the suite is not sound proof (despite efforts during renovation), you will hear conversations at night and the morning rush to attend classes and basically them living their lives.
Interested in meeting new people, making new friends and being a brand ambassador of this beautiful city and country.
