The house has three bedrooms in the second floorin the master bedrroom with kingsize bed, in the second bedroom with queensize bed and single size bed, the third bedroom with queensize bed, Additional options are available, There are a complimentary multi-functional room on the ground floor with an office chair, an elliptical machine, and a comfortable sofa bed. there is a crib for free. also separate basement rooms with queen-size beds, which require advance booking for a fee. coffe, noodle,garage parking spot for free. Good located, it's just a 25-minute drive from YVR. Nearby amenities include shopping malls, cafes, and Walmart.

The house is located on the hillside in the heart of Great Vancouver, you can see the Fraser River during the day, the beautiful sunset in the evening, and the sparks and stars in the sky at night in Vancouver. 25 minutes drive to Vancouver International Airport, 8 minutes away from Moody Park, a 10 minute walk to Walmart, and a 15 minute walk to the New Westminster Skytrain Station.10 mins drive to Burnaby Metro Town which is the biggest commercial and mall complex in greater Vancouver, walking distance to Sky train and only 3 stops to Metro town and 6 stops to SFU.
