Adorable 3-bedroom Home with free parking space. Cosy 3-bedroom basement suite next to two different Family Park and Coliseum across the street and 10 minutes drive for downtown Vancouver and all amenities. A private space nestled in the peaceful neighborhood with access to free street parking around the block. A clean newly renovated suite with a single entry/exit. Guests sleeping in 2nd bedroom can only access the exit via 1st Bedroom and the middle lounge/flex room. Guests are allowed to access most of what is already on their floor. On some occasions if the guests require any essentials then the items will be left in the laundry room area.
An avid traveller and hiker living in Vancouver with my beautiful family. I have been in Canada for almost 20 years now travelling back and forth to Dubai where I have my family business. I offer my home for guests to stay from time to time when I'm travelling and would love you guys to explore Beautiful Vancouver throughout the year
