This is our home here in Vancouver. We previously rented a suite in the house with 60+ stays. We’re now offering the full house this summer! You'll have a kitchen, laundry, front/back yards & free parking. The main floor (2 BR 2 BA) has AC but top floor (2 BR) only has fans. Enjoy our walkable neighborhood & a quick drive / transit to any part of the city. Parks, coffee shops & great food nearby. We’re excited to host respectful guests, recognizing this is our home. No parties. On the main floor: Master bedroom (King) and second bedroom (Twin/Single bed AND Crib) on the main floor. We have a full kitchen, a living room, a dining/another living room with play area in the back, and laundry. Both bathrooms are on this floor. Upstairs: Two small bedrooms (Queen and Twin), each has a desk to work at. Please note the stairs to go upstairs are fairly steep. We recently updated the house with air conditioning but it's only on the main floor. Upstairs does not have AC and will only have fans. It can get hot upstairs in the summer. We have a gated front yard with a small play area and a relaxing front porch to enjoy sitting out on. We have a backyard that is fully private but you can hear next door neighbours if they're out :).

We live on an incredibly quiet and pleasant street in a charming, up and coming neighbourhood. It's central in the city, and you can walk to some of the trendy streets in Mount Pleasant, and a bit further to Commercial Drive. We have collected a list of our favourite areas, shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. that we are happy to share with you when you arrive. This is an amazing community with many families in the neighbourhood. We have very kind, respectful neighbours. Mountain views all around the neighbourhood - which is actually called MountainView! You can see them from one of the upstairs bedrooms but also as soon as you walk around. Multiple bus lines nearby, with great bike routes to all of Vancouver. You'll have fun walking and exploring the neighbourhood as well. Bus routes that we take to downtown - 1) #33 found at Summerhill and 33rd to the Canada Line (train) and then straight to downtown. 2) #8 found at Fraser and 35th either to the Expo Line (train) and then straight to downtown or #8 all the way to downtown. It's best to look up your commute online each time to find the fastest route. Expect between 30 and 40 minutes depending on the option you choose. Driving is probably your easiest and definitely fastest way to get around the city. It's only 15 minutes to downtown and really quick all around the city. There's free parking on our block.
