Upon arrival, please follow the concrete blocks along the right-hand side of the house to reach your private rear entrance. Hi and welcome! We're a family of three with a curious and energetic three-year-old. Both of us work full-time, and hosting gives us the opportunity to meet people from around the world and share a little of our home and our city. We love travelling, camping, and spending time in nature. On weekends, you'll often find us exploring local parks and playgrounds with our son or relaxing in our backyard, caring for the garden and enjoying the flowers and birds. Last year we visited Italy, and more recently we had a wonderful family camping trip on beautiful Vancouver Island. I work as a Project Coordinator for a construction company, helping build townhomes and apartment communities, and my wife is a CPA and works as an accountant. At home, I enjoy starting each day with a good cup of coffee, listening to jazz and light instrumental music, and going for a swim whenever I can. My wife loves playing the piano, and we both appreciate the simple joys of family life and the outdoors. Most of the time, we enjoy cooking at home and sharing meals together as a family. Every now and then, we like to explore local restaurants and try different cuisines—some of our favorite dining experiences have come from unexpected little places. Downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park, Granville Island, and Vancouver International Airport are also easily accessible.
