This is a well-maintained two-level house, less than 15 years old. The rental unit is located on the ground level, featuring a 9-foot ceiling that creates a bright and spacious atmosphere. The room has large windows that allow plenty of natural light, making the space feel open and comfortable. The unit is equipped with in-floor heating for added comfort, along with a ceiling fan and additional portable fans. A portable air conditioner is also provided to keep the space cool during warmer days.

We are a warm and friendly family of four. Our daily life is centered around work and supporting our children with school and after-school activities. Surrounded by ocean, mountains, and lakes, it’s a place full of natural beauty all year round.

It offers a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, with quick access to Highway 1 in under 3 minutes by car. Most major areas in the region are within a 30-minute drive. While enjoying a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, you’ll also find plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Highgate Village is just a 12-minute walk away, where you’ll find grocery stores like Save-On-Foods and Shoppers Drug Mart, as well as a variety of restaurants along Kingsway offering diverse cuisines.
