The apartment itself is not that big, but is entirely self contained. There's a private entrance that's accessible from either the front or back of the house. You can park your car in the private parking pad ( back of the house), and make your way to the private entrance. There is also free street parking available out front. This apartment is on the 1st storey (therefore "garden" level with its own private access) of a 3 storey house. There is a locked door at the top so the apt is 100% isolated from rest of the house.
