Welcome to our stylish 2-bedroom condo, steps from the ocean and in Vancouver's most prestigious neighborhood. Enjoy modern amenities, including in-suite laundry and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the cozy living area or explore the neighborhood's trendy restaurants and bars. Take advantage of the building's gym, pool, and hot tub. With easy access to the beach and downtown Vancouver's attractions, it's the perfect getaway! Free parking and high-speed internet included. The condo has a portable air conditioner which is available from June to October. Amenity Notice: The building’s amenities — including the gym, pool, spa, common areas, and any shared facilities — are operated and controlled by the building’s strata management. On rare occasions, these areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance, cleaning, or safety reasons. Please understand that these situations are outside the host’s control, and the host cannot offer compensation for amenity closures or restrictions.

The condo is ideally located just a block away from the ocean, with the scenic bike lane that loops around downtown Vancouver, from English Bay to Coal Harbour, passing right in front of the building. Conveniently, bike rentals are available right outside. You’ll also find the iconic Seawall walkway nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll along the ocean, taking you all the way through the stunning Stanley Park. The condo is just a few blocks from the vibrant Yaletown district, known for its trendy nightlife and bustling energy. Additionally, there’s no shortage of amazing restaurants in the area, offering a variety of culinary experiences right at your doorstep
