This DUPLEX house is on the Westside centrally located to schools, theatres, restaurants, parks and endless retail shops. It’s excellent for all kind of tourist visiting Vancouver for business or pleasure. Three bed rooms can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on a quiet central residential area. 3 to 10 minutes walking to: - Bus station (bus 17, bus 10 and bus 16 etc.) - Marpole commercial center - Restaurants and Sports Bar - Canada Line 5 to 15 minutes driving or taking public traffic to: -Vancouver International Airport - Downtown Vancouver - Granville Island - Queen Elizabeth Park - Beach - University of British Columbia - Langara Community College SPECIFICATIONS: *Garden level with kitchen living room and dining room with a ½ bathroom *All three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level *Bright with lots of windows * Radiant heating system *Laminate hardwood flooring *King size bed in master room with large closet space and large in-suite bathroom *Queen size bed in second and third bedroom with large closet space *Fully equipped kitchen, including to stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster *Indoor private Cloths washer/dryer
