This beautiful mountain and partial ocean views with unique and elegant art deco. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the house, a garden and balconies filled with vibrant flowers. 20-minute driving to downtown. 5 minutes to the Lighthouse Park and Cypress Fall Park. 10 minutes to Beaches, Whytecliff Park, and Horseshoe Bay Terminal. The Up Caulfield Shopping Center is a 5-minute walk away. There are a tennis course and a playground park just 100 meters away. There are ocean-view trails around the house. Neighbourhood is quiet and full of beautiful trees and flowers.
