Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the house, and the second bedroom is a professionally converted, private room adjacent to the dining area. While we have installed soundproofing walls and heavy acoustic curtains for privacy, please note that it is close to the common dining area and some ambient household sounds may be heard during meal times."
