Inquire with us for these prices. Central North Vancouver home that offers over 1600 sq ft of communal outdoor space including pool, hot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining area, and large patio spaces offering south-westerly views of the city skyline, water, and North Shore mountains. This private, separate studio suite has a bed, couch, Smart TV (no cable), kitchen table, 3-piece bathroom, kitchen, and laundry. Outdoor space shared with guests in main house. Hot tub is heated year round; pool is not. *pool and hot tub access is only permitted after signing a waiver. For a 2-person booking, this space comes with 1 queen bed. If you need an additional folding bed for a 2-person booking, there is an extra charge-inquire within (paid prior to arrival by e-transfer or Wise). For a 3-person booking, there is an additional single folding bed added to the space. Inquire within for discount on 90+ nights. Hot Water: Please note that the hot water may take a few minutes to reach the taps, especially after periods of non-use. If the water is initially cold, simply let it run for a short time and the hot water will come through. There are two keys in the lock box. One of the smaller keys can open the lower driveway gate, allowing you to carry your luggage directly into the room without going up the stairs. Parking in your designated lower driveway is also welcome.

Neighborhood info

We are approximately a 10 minute drive to the base of Grouse Mountain, a 23 minute drive to the top of Cypress Mountain, and a 27 minute drive to the top of Seymour Mountain! As we are situated at the top of a hill, if you're bringing large luggage and don't have a car, we recommend taking a taxi/Uber-we are uphill from the closest bus stop.
