Bright, compact studio in the heart of Kitsilano — steps to Kits Beach, Granville Island, and 4th Ave shops. Easy bus access to Downtown and UBC. Ideal for quiet, family-friendly stays. Located in a close-knit townhouse community with co-hosts on site. Shared patio with the upstairs unit. Under 500 sq ft — comfortable for two, possible for three if needed. Cat lives in the home. Our place is home of a cat.
