Property info

This property is a vacation house with a total area of 4531 square feet. It has five rooms,each of which has its own private bathroom. Deluxe King Room, Deluxe Queen Room, Double Room with Private Bathroom are on the second floor, while King Room and Economy Double Room are in the basement. Please note that King Room and Economy Double Room only have fans and no air conditioning. If you are afraid of the heat, you can book the three rooms on the second floor. The kitchen, dining room, living room, study room, and washing machine are shared with other guests. Guests are welcome to use them.The kitchen provides a coffee machine and coffee powder, but no seasoning, snacks, drinks, etc. Our rooms are self check-in and check-out, and there is no housekeeper in the house. If you have any needs, you can contact us by phone, text message or online message.

Neighborhood info

This is a beautiful peace neighborhood just steps from Pacific Spirit Park. Just 200m away, you'll find the Sasamat Trail with picnic areas. Nearby, you can explore the SW Marine Trail. The University Golf Club is 9 minute drive away. It is voted #1 pubic gold course 10 years by Vancouver Courier Readers.
