This well-decorated and modern townhouse now offers three separate bedrooms, with two medium-sized bedrooms on the second floor (shared use of a 3-piece bathroom) and the third bedroom being the master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) on the third floor. Guests get full access to the main floor (shared living/dining/kitchen), as well as use of a huge sunny roof deck with BBQ and water views. Located only 30 mins by transit (bus or walk, then take passenger ferry to downtown) from BC Place stadium, we are located across Burrard Inlet from dynamic downtown Vancouver (Coal Harbour, Stanley Park, seawall, English Bay, Granville Island). Lots to do in our neighbourhood (North Vancouver Shipyards, Lonsdale Quay, Lower Lonsdale, Grouse Mountain, suspension bridges), great restaurants and food shopping (if you wish to cook at home and save money). Each of the bedrooms sleeps two, each has big windows and nice closets, and the washer/dryer combo is free to use (on the 2nd floor). You also will have full access to a very well-equipped kitchen with all appliances and spices. There is one secure parking spot that can be booked in advance. Townhouse is fully furnished and bedrooms have all you need (sheets, towels, etc.), so just bring clothes! The townhouse is located on a quiet residential street in the Lower Lonsdale area of North Vancouver. Very popular area on the waterfront called the Shipyards is 8 mins walk away, and the Seabus station to go across the inlet to downtown is a 12 min walk away (local bus takes you there in 3 mins).
