Our small, charming B&B is located in an Art Nouveau house that will be fully restored in 2023/24. Each room has its own bathroom or shower with toilet. We also offer a breakfast room and lounge with TV. A separate, locked room is available for ski equipment and bikes/bicycles. The ski bus stops right in front of the house. The breakfast buffet is very generous and consists mainly of regional or organic products. We are centrally located (4 minutes' walk to the train station and village center).
We both grew up in the mountains; Stephanie here in Meiringen, Christoph beyond the Grimsel Pass in the Upper Valais. After a few decades in the Zurich region, we were drawn back to the mountains. Here, in the venerable house at Hauptstrasse 33 in Meiringen, we have realised our dream project: to run a small B&B and pamper our guests in a personal atmosphere. We look forward to offering as many guests as possible a wonderful stay in a cosy environment!
The Haslital valley, with its charming and impressive mountain scenery, has everything for active sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet. In winter, the Meiringen Hasliberg ski area is ideal for skiing, snowshoeing, and winter hiking, while the tranquil Rychenbach Valley offers a wide range of opportunities for skiing and snowshoeing tours. In summer, Meiringen is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, and road cycling tours across the Alpine passes.
