Beautiful apartment with large terrace in the beautiful resort of Marina de la Alcaidesa, There are extensive gardens and 4 very large swimming pools with sun-beds. La Hacienda golf club is 5 minutes walk away and has a championship links golf course and a Heathland course. The sandy beach of Alcaidesa 700m away and there are lovely walks around the headland with stunning views. The property has good view of the Rock of Gibraltar.

I use a letting agency based in Alcaidesa village centre. The keys can be collected there and the staff are available to give any advice needed on the apartment, local trips, restaurants and shops. They speak English, Spanish, French and Norwegian.

The apartment is part of a resort (Marina de la Alcaidesa) within the larger development of Alcaidesa which has a village centre next to the beach with several restaurants and bars and a supermarket. There is no through traffic so the resort is very relaxing and safe for children. There is a modern golf club, two golf courses and a driving range. There is a top quality restaurant at the new Fairmont hotel 200m away and for more casual dining Pizza Express , Bengal Spice and Nexus Fusion in the village centre and De Blanco and One Eden Chiringuito on the Beach You can travel to the resort by taxi from Gibraltar Airport and do not need a car if you plan to go to the pool/beach during the day and eat locally in the evening. If you are travelling from Malaga airport or wish to visit the many lovely places close by during your stay, it is best to hire a car.
