Please note that our hotel is located in a small chalet with only 10 rooms. Due to the architectural characteristics of the building, it lacks modern soundproofing. For this reason, and in order to ensure the rest and well-being of all our guests both during the day and at night, we are this year strictly enforcing our Internal Regulations, drawn up in accordance with Decree-Law 13/2020 of the Regional Government of Andalusia.

As a reminder, the following key points will be actively monitored by our staff:

• Respect for rest (Silence): Absolute silence is required in all common areas (terrace, veranda, and corridors) from 23:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

• Exclusivity of facilities: Access to the pool, terrace, and veranda is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Visitors or non-registered persons are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Consumption of external food and beverages: The consumption of food or drinks from outside the hotel in common areas is prohibited unless prior and express authorization has been granted by management.

In accordance with current Andalusian legislation, acceptance of these rules through the signing of the registration form is a mandatory requirement for check-in. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the accommodation contract and eviction, without any right to a refund.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
