Apartment in private urbanization with sea views. Located in a first floor with terrace, large communal pool and direct access to the beach of torreguadiaro. Includes tennis courts, soccer and garden areas. Located near restaurants and stores. Close to unique golf and polo courses and perfect for golfing holidays. Very quiet and cool at any time of the year. Recently refurbished with quality furniture. Unique in the area next to Sotogrande and Gibraltar
Family person, its our holiday apartment, we rent it out of summer season. It is the place we love to live , so peaceful
Torreguadiaro is a district of San Roque, a few meters from Sotogrande and Gibraltar, located in a quiet tourist area with easy access to beaches, restaurants, stores and entertainment centers.
