It is located about 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach. It has maximum capacity for four people Inside it has a living room-kitchen fully furnished for your vacations. It has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. It has air conditioning and its decoration is modern making your stay even more pleasant. The outside is where you will spend most of your time, in common areas of a second home. Its porch is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner with the summer breeze so characteristic of the area. It also has a beautiful shared swimming pool of new construction. In all this area there is outdoor furniture.
