The apartment is situated around 12 km from Estepona. From its beautiful outlook you will see Gibraltar and in the far distance the coast of Africa. The local area is blessed with countless beautiful beaches set along the coastline one after another. The closest is less than 5 min drive. Golf lovers will find numerous opportunities to enjoy the sun and lush greens of countless golf courses to suit all budgets close by. Including the San Roque Club and Valderrama both within 15 minutes car journey. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 large terraces of around 70 m² in total, underground private parking. The apartment is fully equipped (WIFI, air conditioning, bedding, towels, beach towels, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine).
The towns of Sabinillas, Puerto de la Duquesa and Estepona are all within 10-minute drive and have numerous bars and restaurants to suit all peoples’ taste. Within a short walk beyond la Duquesa you will find bistros that cater for a slightly quitter dining experience and little town of Torreguadiaro also has many well-regarded restaurants. The night life of Puerto Banus and Marbella is also less than 30-minute drive along the coast.
