This newly and fully restored townhouse is located less than thirty meters away from the beach... actually you are closer to the edge of the beach that this later is to the edge of the sea. The heavy restoration work provided this house with a definite modern touch of comfort and yet managed to keep and magnify its traditional Andalucian atmosphere... moorish-style patio, traditional azulejos walls, Spanish window, forged grills, terra cotta flooring, mated with state of the art kitchen appliances, spacious and modern bathrooms. This three-bedroom house consists of one en-suite master bedroom and two convenient twin-bed berdooms with their personal bathroom. A spacious living room opening on a pergola covered terrace will let you enjoy al-fresco drinks all day long while the private roof terrace will provide privacy for natural sun tan.
