Welcome to "El Cuartel", a typical newly renovated independent house with 2 apartment, each one with a private roof terrace, very comfortable and cozy, located in a pedestrian street in the center of Conil, next to the Puerta de la Villa and very close to the sea. An ideal place to enjoy the tranquility, in a distance of a few minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is distributed on the ground floor, on the second floor there is a private roof terrace with a wonderful view of the beach, accessible by the main stairs of the building. In the living room, which is very spacious, there are 2 sofas, a normal one for resting and watching TV, and a sofa-bed for the night, which can always be left open, without getting in the way,. The sofa bed also has an added mattress to ensure a comfortable sleep, a wardrobe, a coat rack, a night table and a curtain that allows you to create a private area separated from the living room.
You will have the availability of the whole apartment and your rooftop (reached by an external staircase), with the right to use and enjoy Wifi, the virtual assistant Alexa, dishwasher, iron, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc ..... In short, I want you feel like at your home, fully trusting in the proper use and respect that you will give to everything that I leave in your hands for your comfort and leisure during your stay. Private owner, in love with Conil and its people. Before, during and after your stay, you can always communicate with me. I enjoy talking to people and I am fully committed to ensuring that my guests have the best of stays. If you need to rent bicycles, computers or similar things, let us know and we will provide you all the information you may need. Also, if you want to take a surf course, try the authentic red tuna or go to an adventure park, we are happy to point you to the best places in the area. We are available for any incident that arises. We don’t rent to groups, parties or celebrations are not allowed.
El Cuartel was built in 1900 and was part of a colonial house developed around a patio with a water well and trees. In the middle of the 20th century, the colonial house was divided into several smaller units (which in Conil are usually called " partiditos "), still leaving us the original well, in which a fig tree has grown, and a wonderful lemon plant. In 2025, a total reform of the house was carried out, transforming it into what can be seen now, maintaining its original characteristics:.
