Beautiful and modern newly built holiday rental apartment in a detached house with private pool, less than six minutes from the coves of Roche and its beaches, with garden and covered and uncovered porch to enjoy the cool of the night. Tranquility, comfort and relaxation all in one place, all in one place. This house is equipped for the best summer vacation with family or friends. It can accommodate up to four people. The chalet has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It has a full bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with everything you need for a great stay (oven, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware ....). Living-dining room with TV, WIFI and dining area and exteriors that will make your vacation a real enjoyment, with barbecue, private pool, artificial garden, sun loungers..... In this house no scandals or parties are allowed. It has sheets, but NO towels.
