The house is set in a very peaceful rural area on the outskirts of Cuevas de San Marcos, surrounded by mountain-and-countryside scenery and with views towards the Sierra del Camorro. It’s a great place to combine rest with nature and water-based plans: very nearby you’ll find the Iznájar Reservoir (one of the largest in Andalusia), with viewpoints and lovely spots for walks and switching off. The town lies alongside the Genil River valley, and the surrounding area offers riverside zones and points of interest such as the Puente de la Barca jetty and birdwatching observatory—an enjoyable option for walking, taking photos and soaking up the landscape. Also, if you’re looking for a “full plan” combining accommodation + adventure, you can enjoy outdoor activities in the area with OcioAventura Cerro Gordo (rafting on different sections, multi-adventure and other nature-based options, depending on season and availability).
